FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out superomedial laparotomy. Gallbladder is separated from hepatic bed. Seromuscular graft of gallbladder wall with feeding pedicle is formed. The perforating opening is covered with the graft. The graft is fixed with single sutures to stomach or duodenal wall. Gallbladder lumen integrity is retained. The cystic duct is transected. The cystic duct is drained. EFFECT: enhanced reliability in suturing perforating gastroduodenal ulcers. 3 dwg
