PURPOSE: A minute channel device for mixing fluid using a minute channel and a mixing method thereof are provided to achieve plural mixtures having a predetermined density ratio by utilizing resistance of fluid, which is varied depending on a size of the minute channel. CONSTITUTION: A minute channel device includes a first storing region(120), a second storing region, a first minute channel structure(140) and a second minute channel structure(160). The first minute channel structure(140) includes a first inlet(150), into which fluid(A) is introduced, a first inlet channel(143) connected to the first inlet(150), a first branch area(180) formed at one end of the first inlet channel(143), first and second branch channels(146,149) branched from the first branch area(180), a first outlet(153) and a second outlet(156). The second minute channel structure(160) includes a second inlet(170), into which fluid(B) is introduced, a second inlet channel(163) connected to the second inlet(170), a second branch area(190) formed at one end of the second inlet channel(163), third and fourth branch channels(166,169) branched from the second branch area(190), a third outlet(173) and a fourth outlet(176).
