METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PHASE DIFFERENCE FILM USING NEMATIC LIQUID CRYSTAL AND THE PHASE DIFFERENCE FILM MANUFACTURED THROUGH THE METHOD

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a phase difference film using a nematic liquid crystal and the phase difference film manufactured through the method are provided to manufacture various films from horizontal alignment to vertical alignment, and easily know refractive rate distribution of the film according to alignment angle. CONSTITUTION: One side of a PET film(300) is connected to an unwinder of a roll coater and the other side is connected to a rewinder. The PET film is closed to the coating roll for coating solution including hardening nematic liquid crystal(100) on a surface of the high polymer film. A solvent of the solution is dried and removed by a drier for aligning the nematic liquid crystal. The aligned state of the nematic liquid crystal is fixed by proceeding polymerization with UV(Ultra Violet) irradiation.
