RESIN COMPOSITION FOR HEAT RADIATING SHEET AND PREPARATION METHOD OF RADIATING SHEET USING THE COMPOSITION

PURPOSE: A resin composition for a heat radiating sheet and a method for preparing a heat radiating sheet using the composition are provided, to improve the heat conductivity, the strength and the elasticity to enable the heat radiating sheet to be applied to a hybrid package, a printed circuit board or a plasma display panel. CONSTITUTION: The resin composition comprises 8-30 wt% of a filler; 0.5 wt% or less of an antioxidizing agent; 0.5 wt% or less of a lubricant; 1-5 wt% of a plasticizer; 0.5-2.0 wt% of a dispersant; 3-5 wt% of a flame retardant; 0.5 wt% or less of a vulcanizing agent; 10-70 wt% of a heat conductive powder; and the balance of a silicone polymer or ethylene vinyl acetate. Preferably the heat conductive powder is at least one selected from the group consisting of copper, graphite, aluminium, perlite and pure iron; the filler is CaCO3 or PbO; the antioxidizing agent is ZnO; and the flame retardant is Sb2O3.
