PURPOSE: A power amp is provided, which enables to control a load like an accurate motor, by measuring a reverse electromotive force accurately. CONSTITUTION: According to the power amp, an input part(100) receives a motor driving control signal and outputs it as a stabilized signal having a proper amplitude. An amplification part(200) amplifies a signal being output from the input part. And an output buffer part(300) generates a signal driving a motor by receiving a signal being output from the amplification part, and establishes different output port impedance in case of power on and power off.
