PURPOSE: A mobile communication terminal for relaying a portable terminal and a relay system are provided to enable data transceiving relay between the portable terminal incapable of connecting a mobile communication network independently and the mobile communication network by using a mobile communication network connection function of the adjacent mobile communication terminal. CONSTITUTION: A LAN(Local Area Network) part(111) transceives signals with an adjacent portable terminal. A message transceiver(121) transmits signals from the LAN part(111) to a message storing part(131) and a message application program part(151), and transmits signals stored in the message application program part(151) and the message storing part(131) to the LAN part(111). An authentication part(141) authenticates the portable terminal. The message storing part(131) stores signals transmitted from the message transceiver(121) and the message application program part(151). And a mobile communication connection part(161) transmits signals from the message application program part(151) to a wireless communication network, and transmits signals from the wireless communication network to the message application program part(151), thereby relaying the portable terminal authenticated by the authentication part(141).
