PURPOSE: A structure for combining a rear window glass installed on a tailgate of a vehicle is provided to prevent outsiders from entering into the inside of a vehicle room by improving the structure of the rear window glass hinged to the tail gate and opened not to dismantle the rear window glass from the outside of a vehicle body. CONSTITUTION: A rear window glass combining structure is composed of a tail gate(100) located at the rear of a vehicle; an upper hinge unit(200) placed at the upside of the tail gate, one side thereof formed with a combining device(510), a back face of other side thereof storing a plurality of fixing nuts(520) and fixed to the tail gate by the combining device, and a cover(210) thereof elastically combined to cover an outside thereof; the back face of a lower hinge unit(300) storing fixing nuts and hinged through the upper hinge unit and a hinge combining unit(310); and the upside of a rear window glass(400) coupled with the lower hinge unit by the combining device. The rear window glass combining structure prevents the combining device from exposing not to dismantle the rear window glass from the outside and increases the safety and value of the vehicle by preventing valuables from being stolen.
