PURPOSE: A charging data generating method of WLL(Wireless Local Loop) is provided to charge a subscriber with a graded fee according to a call distance and collect an accurate usage fee by grouping a base station from which service is provided to subscribers close to WLL by regions and applying a charging rage in a group or between groups and generating a charge. CONSTITUTION: An OCP(Operation Control Processor) of a base station controller generates a group table on the basis of received group information(S10). Charging information tables by groups are generated on the basis of charging information of each group received from an operator of WLL(S12). When an originating/termination call attempt is requested from the subscriber of the WLL, a call processor of an ASP(Access Switching Processor) generates a call processing process to handle the corresponding call, receives a WNC(WLL Network Code) and base station information from a CCP(Call Control Processor), and stores them(S14,S16,S18). A name of a group to which the call originating subscriber and the termination subscriber belong is searched from the group table on the basis of the WNC and the base station information and stored in the certain memory region(S20). It is judged whether the call originating subscriber and the call destination subscriber belong to the same base station controller(S22). A search key for searching a charging information management table by call originating groups is obtained from a prefix information management table(S24). A charging band is obtained from the charging information management table by call originating groups(S26). A charging rate to be applied to the corresponding charging band is obtained from the charging rate management table(S28). The searched charging rate is stored, a call is normally connected as the call termination subscriber answers to the call requested by the call originating subscriber, and when the call is normally released according to a request, the total call time is calculated(S30,S32,S34,S36). The searched charging rate is applied to calculate a charging level and charging data are generated on the basis of the calculated charging level(S38).
