PURPOSE: Provided is a marking sheet for a billboard and car marking with acryl urethane resin and metal deposition used which uses acryl urethane resin to form a surface layer so that it is used outdoors for long time without separate surface treatment. CONSTITUTION: The marking sheet for the billboard and car marking with acryl urethane resin and metal deposition used comprises the parts of: the surface layer(10) in which acryl resin and isocyanate hardening agent are mixed and set thermally; a metal deposition layer(20) which is placed at the lower part of the surface layer to show beautifying effect in appearance; a marking layer(30) which is placed at the lower part of the metal deposition layer to enable pictures or characters adhered to a location to be marked like glass, metal, acryl sheet or like; and a release paper layer(40) which is placed at the lower part of the marking layer.
