PURPOSE: Provided is a multipurpose clip and holder with a magnet adhered or removed which connects two magnetic materials by a chain and fix documents between the magnetic materials so that it gives users convenience in holding the documents. CONSTITUTION: The multipurpose clip and holder with the magnet adhered or removed is characterized by utilizing magnetic power between the magnetic materials with different poles to fix various documents between the magnetic materials, hang them at a hanger and store them, in which the magnetic materials are changed as the size or the strength of things to be fixed.
