PURPOSE: A heater of a reflow apparatus is provided to economize an installation cost and shorten time for heating process by reducing largely a heating area. CONSTITUTION: A heater of a reflow apparatus includes a preheating block(1) and a heating block(14). The preheating block(1) is used for rotating vertically a plurality of support pallets(10) in the inside of the first vertical adiabatic chamber(2) by using a Ferris wheel method. In addition, the preheating block(1) is used for blowing the heat below the predetermined temperature of the first heater(11) to a printed circuit board by using the first fan(13). The heating block(14) is used for fixing a pattern mask(18) to the inside of the second vertical adiabatic chamber(15). The first cylinder(23) is inserted into a necessary penetrating hole. A blind cap is inserted into an unnecessary penetrating hole. The heating block(14) is used for blowing the heat of the predetermined temperature of the second heater(21) to a soldering part through the first cylinder(23), a coil spring(25), and the second cylinder(24) by using the second fan(22).
