<p>PURPOSE: Provided are a one-packing, waterproof coating of multi-polymer, which prevents leakage and corrosion of concrete building and civil construction, and a method for producing the same. CONSTITUTION: The coating is produced by the steps of (i) mixing a composition A consisting of 18-20 wt% of bisphenol, 15-20 wt% of ethylene vinyl acetate, and 40-50 wt% of toluene, and a composition B consisting of 35-50 wt% of styrene butadiene rubber, 30-35 wt% of xylene, 20-25 wt% of solvent, and 5-15 wt% of MIBK(Methyl Isobutyl Ketone) in a mixing ratio of 1:4 with stirring, so as to form a mixture, and (iii) adding 15-20 wt% of talc, 20-25 wt% of barium sulfate, 0.05 wt% of dibenzo thiazyl disulfide, 0.07 wt% of antifoaming agent, 4 wt% of colorant, and 0.07 wt% of 3C(N-phenyl-N-isopropyl-p-phenylenediamine) to the mixture.</p> |
