PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing abnormal viscosity of silver paste is provided to prevent the absorption of the moisture of atmosphere to the silver paste by installing a heater at a silver paste bath. CONSTITUTION: A heater(2) is installed at one side of the inside of a silver paste bath(1). A temperature control unit(3) is connected to the heater(2) in order to adjust the internal temperature of the silver paste bath(1) to the temperature of atmosphere. A saturated vapor pressure of the silver paste bath(1) is increased since the internal temperature of the silver paste bath(1) corresponds to the temperature of atmosphere. A transfer of moisture is prevented by increasing the saturated vapor pressure of the silver paste bath(1). The temperature control unit(3) is used for heating the heater(2) until the internal temperature of the silver paste bath(1) is equal to the temperature of atmosphere. |
