PURPOSE: A water heating device for a washing and drying machine is provided to heat and dry water for washing with a single heater, thereby lowering the manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: A water heating device for a washing and drying machine includes a hot wind supply duct(6) connected to an upper end of a body to a lower end of an outer tub(2), a drying heater mounted in the hot wind supply duct, and a blower fan mounted at a side of the heater for supplying the heat generated by the heater to the outer tub. The hot wind supply duct includes a first connection hole formed at a predetermined height position, a second connection hole formed in the outer tub facing the first connection hole, and a connection tube(12) connected between the first and second connection holes. |
