PURPOSE: A method of fabricating a conductive polymer capacitor using a complex oxidation polymerization is provided to increase the capacitance by making the electrolyte layer having a higher concentration. CONSTITUTION: A dielectric layer is formed on a capacitor element. The capacitor element overlaid with the dielectric layer is first dipped into an oxidation solution with a lower concentration of 0.1-0.5mol/liter where ammonium per sulfate and water are mixed, and dried. The capacitor element is second dipped into a monomer solution where pyrrole and acetonitrile are mixed, and dried. The capacitor element is third dipped into an oxidation solution with a higher concentration of 0.4-1.5mol/liter. Finally, the capacitor element is dipped into a monomer solution, and dried. The concentration of the monomer solution is in the range of 1.5-3mol/liter. |
