PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of fish noodles is provided. The fish noodles are digestible and low in cholesterol content, thereby preventing geriatric diseases. CONSTITUTION: The fish noodles are manufactured by i) melting frozen fish meat; ii) grinding the molten fish meat; iii) mixing 75-85w% of ground fish meat, 10-15wt% of wheat flour, 1-5wt% of starch, 1-2wt% of sodium glutamate, 1-2wt% of salt, 0.1-0.3wt% of sodium sorbate, and 0.3-0.6wt% of soy bean oil; iv) a first-forming the mixture in a first automatic molding machine; v) sterilizing the formed product at 120deg.C for 4mins; vi) a second-forming the sterilized product in a second automatic molding machine; and vii) cooling the fried product. |
