PURPOSE: A thermo-physiotherapy pillow provided with a low frequency device is provided to perform a thermo-physiotherapy and a low frequency-physiotherapy at the same time and control height of the pillow. CONSTITUTION: The thermo-physiotherapy pillow provided with the low frequency device(100) is characterized in that a heat generating unit(12) is formed in the form of S-letter to fit to the curve of neck and shoulder and transfers the heat down to the shoulder, a heat generating medium of the heat generating unit is formed of a filament bulb system(12a), the heat generating medium does not generate the electromagnetic wave, even though a little electromagnetic wave is generated, the amount of the generated electromagnetic wave is not enough to be harmful to human body and also the wave is refracted or blocked by a liquid material in a heat generating part tube(11).
