PURPOSE: A structure for combining a roof panel with a molding is provided to stably and firmly combine the molding to the roof panel by fixing the molding to a clip unit formed on a flange of the roof panel without separately installing the clip on a groove formed between the roof panel and a lateral panel. CONSTITUTION: A structure for combining a roof panel(10) with a molding(40) includes the molding formed with a receptive groove(42) is inserted and laid in a groove(30) formed by combining a flange(12) of the roof panel with a flange(22) of a lateral panel(20) organizing a vehicle body. In additional, the combining structure comprises a plurality of clip units(14) longitudinally formed on the flange of the roof panel at regular intervals and each clip unit of the roof panel inserted into the receptive groove of the molding.
