摘要 PURPOSE: A method for the analysis of correlation between multiple single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) and a disease using a support vector machine is provided, thereby rapidly and correctly analyzing a large amount of data, and consequently treating various diseases. CONSTITUTION: The method for the analysis of correlation between multiple single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) and a disease using a support vector machine(SVM) comprises the steps of: vectorizing at least one SNP of an object to be analyzed to prepare data vectors; carrying out the labeling of the data vectors in order to discriminate between their first situation and a second situation; and operating the support vector machine(SVM) using the labeled data vectors to obtain a first hyperplane and determining a class classified by the obtained hyperplane.
