PURPOSE: A heating and cooling seat for a vehicle is provided to regulate the temperature of the inside of the seat by circulating heated or cooled solvents through the inside of a waterproof tube installed in a driver's seat according to the driver's choice. CONSTITUTION: A heating and cooling seat(10) for a vehicle is composed of a waterproof tube(12) laid under the inside of the seat, a temperature regulator(20) controlling the temperature of a solvent circulated through the tube, a pipe(40) connecting a circulator(30) and the temperature regulator to an inlet(12a) and a discharge outlet(12b) of the tube respectively, a heating and cooling choosing section(70) deciding the temperature of the inside of the seat, a controller(60) controlling the driving of the temperature regulator heating and cooling solvents circulating through the pipe according to the decision of the heating and cooling choosing section, and the circulator circulating heated and cooled solvents into the waterproof tube installed in a driver's seat by the choice of drivers.
