PURPOSE: A tube for a heat exchanger is provided to improve efficiency of heat exchange by smoothing flow of heat exchange medium. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger tube(30) includes a main body(31) having a space formed therein; a partition(32) forming a plurality of channels(33) in the space for heat exchange medium to flow therein; and at least one micro fin(34) formed on a location in the channel where inner walls neighboring each other cross each other. The micro fins are formed in pairs to face each other. Heat exchange medium flows in turbulence to actively exchange heat with the outside air thereby.
