PURPOSE: A transaction system of a cyber commodity is provided to create a profit and to store a cyber commodity for an easy management by supplying a cyber commodity instead of an additional profit of a money form such as a cashbag, a reserve fund as a profit being supplied when purchasing a commodity, thereby executing a transaction by on-line such as a P2P, B2C, and B2B form through a database of the cyber commodity. CONSTITUTION: A user connects to a corresponding shopping mall by on-line(301). If the user is not a member, the user registers in the shopping mall as a member(303) and the registration contents are stored in a member database(304). If the member purchases a commodity(305), a member authentication is executed(302), and commodity purchase history is stored in a commodity purchase database(307). A received cyber commodity is stored in a cyber commodity database(310). In the case that cyber commodity information is inquired, a member authentication is executed(302), a cyber commodity list of the member is inquired through the cyber commodity database(310). If a transaction is decided by referring to the market price, each transaction condition is inputted(312). In addition, a purchase(316), a sale(317), and an exchange(318) are executed.
