PURPOSE: A power supply unit is provided to utilize efficiently an installation area and obtain the economic profit by forming a power supply unit without a generator. CONSTITUTION: A DC power supply portion(10) supplies the DC power generated from a vehicle. An inverter circuit portion(20) outputs AC power of high voltage by boosting the supplied DC power. The inverter circuit portion(20) includes a booster transformer for converting the DC power of 12V to the AC power of 220V. A preliminary power supply portion(30) cuts off the power from supplied from the vehicle and supplies the preliminary DC power to the inverter circuit portion(20). An output portion(40) supplies the converted AC power to each device such as a fan(44) and a projector(42).
