SOLUTION: When a client 104 or the like instructs and enters job processing contents to a job processing item set with respect to a template defining combination processing of different function processes, a template file to be registered to a document processing server 103 is created by unique multi-function devices 101, 108 on the basis of the job processing contents in the instructed and entered job processing item, and a registration request of the created template file is transferred to the document processing server 103.
