PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic book data delivery device capable of reading book data delivered from an external deliverer by the voice of a reading character image such as a desired celebrity, an electronic book device, and a program. SOLUTION: The reading character images such as celebrity reading books and voice data specific to the reading character images are received from the external deliverer. This electronic book device reads and reproduces according to the delivered book data by the voice corresponding to the voice data specific to the delivered reading character images N21 and N22 while displaying the delivered book data and reading character images N21 and N22 on a display part 4.
