PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell which easily detects water clogging. SOLUTION: With the fuel cell system provided with a fuel cell stack (2) and a control device (17) controlling an operating state of the fuel stack, the controlling device (17) detects resonance frequency of the fuel cell stack (2) and compares the frequency with the standard value, to judge there is water clogging in the fuel cell stack. |
