PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transaction system for increasing a contract success rate which can reduce risks of dealing loss for an intermediary agent which mediates orders, and which can compete a deal even when a desired sale price of a selling order does not agree with a desired purchasing price of a purchase order. SOLUTION: A transaction process device 10 which completes a deal by mediating a sale order and a purchase order comprises a transaction determination unit 13 which determines a pair of a sale order and a purchase order which need to be mediated. The transaction determination unit 13 arranges the first deal between a sale order and a purchase order in which the desired selling price is lower than the desired purchasing price. Then, the transaction determination unit 13 arranges the second deal between a sale order and a purchase order in which the desired purchasing price is lower than the desired selling price. The number of the second deals is determined such that the dealing loss of the intermediary agent due to the second deals does not exceed the profits obtained from the first deals. |
