PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distribution method and system for conducting reliable multicast distribution to a wireless communication terminal that momentarily suspends a terminal in a bad channel state and resumes the suspended terminal in a proper timing. SOLUTION: In the case of reliable multicast distribution with suspend/resume control to prescribed wireless communication terminals, a multicast server applies the reliable multicast distribution to only in-zone wireless communication terminals among the prescribed wireless communication terminals at least in either of ordinary re-transmission and individual re-transmission.
