PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable mobile telephone apparatus which senses the state immediately before becoming impossible to communicate and automatically notifies detailed information previously registered corresponding to the state to a communicating counterparty who had been already registered. SOLUTION: The portable mobile telephone apparatus 100 comprises a sensor 3 for sensing the communicable or not state of the portable mobile telephone apparatus 100 as sensing information, a state decision unit 6b for deciding the communication limit state having possibility of becoming impossible to communicate after a preset time is elapsed based on the sensing information, a notifying information registering unit 6c for previously registering one or a plurality of pieces of notifying information indicating the occurrence of the communication limit state and the notifying information notifying destination to which the pieces of the notifying information should be notified, and a notifying information transmission controller 6d for automatically transmitting the previously registered notifying information to the notifying information notifying destination when the occurrence of the communication limit state is decided. The portable mobile telephone apparatus 100 also comprises a hold information reception controller 6f for automatically receiving the hold information to the portable mobile telephone apparatus 100 from the hold information acquisition destination previously registered by a hold information acquisition destination registering unit 6e when the communicable state is restored.
