PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency notification apparatus which can transmit newest location data to an emergency notification center even when the location data cannot be obtained from a navigator. SOLUTION: The emergency notification apparatus 11 is provided with a GPS receiver 14, a radio equipment 17 and a control part 13. When the location data can be obtained from the navigator 1 of outside, the emergency notification apparatus 11 stores the location data and when the location data can not be obtained, the emergency notification apparatus 11 stores the location data calculated by the GPS receiver 14. The stored data is transmitted to the emergency notification center 30 in the case of performing emergency notification.
