PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use various kinds of service without being conscious of a background and attributes of a use terminal and to automatically set peripheral equipment. SOLUTION: A processing server 10 provides various kinds of network service. A terminal 20 is connected via a network by a normal user. Peripheral equipment 29 is connected with the terminal 20. A manufacturer ID management server 30 manages a manufacturer ID and an address of an attribute management server. The attribute management server 40 manages correspondence between an equipment ID with attribute of its terminal. The network 50 transmits information as a packet. A data base 31 stores the address of the attribute management server corresponding to the equipment ID and performs unitary and centralized management of it. An attribute data base 41 stores the equipment ID and attribute information corresponding to its terminal and performs unitary and centralized management of it.
