PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a communication system by which an inpatient, etc., can easily communicate with his/her family, etc. SOLUTION: The inpatient can perform a connecting operation to the Internet 4 based on screen display of a television 1 for the patient. A server 5 in which a homepage for users by which the patient communicates with his/her family, etc., by mail via the Internet 4 is formed is provided. A control box 2 which is connected with the server 5 via the Internet 4 and displays the homepage on the television 1 is provided and the control box 2 instructs the server 5 to generate the homepage according to the start of use of the television 1.
