PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience of information utilization on a computer network by enabling a user to select the presence/absence of advertisement when the user uses information on the computer network. SOLUTION: The advertisement presence/absence selection means 12 of a user terminal 10 transmits advertisement presence/absence selection information instructed by an advertisement selection picture 30 to a contents distribution server 20. In the case of distributing information to the user terminal 10, the contents distribution server 20 judges whether to add advertisement by an advertisement addition judging means 21 to distribute an advertisement presence picture 40 by a contents distribution means 22 with advertisement in the case of adding advertisement and to distribute an advertisement absence picture 42 by a contents distribution means 23 with advertisement in the case of adding no advertisement.
