SOLUTION: This equipment maintenance support system is provided with a signal processor 2 provided with a user maintenance signal transmitting means 21 receiving a maintenance signal 111 transmitted form the equipment 1a, adding user address information and transmitting it as a user maintenance signal 121 to an external information management device 3, and the information management device 3 specifying corresponding parts on the basis of the user maintenance signal 121 received from the signal processor 2, and carrying out prescribed processing. |
