PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic clinical chart system that can reduce the burden on a doctor in inputting medical examination and treatment information to an electronic clinical chart to enable the doctor to concentrate on medical examination and treatment action regarding the electronic clinical chart system performing the input/management of the electronic clinical chart for electronically recording medical examination and treatment information generated in a clinic and other medical institutions. SOLUTION: A display screen of a doctor terminal carrying out the input of an electronic is composed of a patient information display part 30 for a name, sex, a birth date, and the like of a patient; an electronic clinical display part 31 showing clinical information on the patient; an instruction fee operation information display part 32 showing instruction fee operation information on the patient; and a shortcut display part 33 serving as a means for retrieving the medical examination and treatment information on the patient according to prescribed conditions. The doctor uses a shortcut function and displays the electronic clinical chart information of contents corresponding to the applicable conditions. |
