PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an output circuit provided with a temperature compensation function so as not to make a change of a complementary output signal to be unbalanced even though an ambient temperature changes. SOLUTION: In this output circuit for outputting a data signal with a complementary output obtained by changing from an intermediate level to a high level and a low level, a bias circuit (40) for generating a bias voltage for transistors (Qc1 to Qc4) for current control of a logic gate circuit such as an inverter for driving an output transistor is provided with a constant voltage circuit (41), a transistor (Q11) for a constant current for making current having a positive temperature characteristic flow on the basis of a constant voltage from the constant voltage circuit, a transistor (Q12) for a constant current for flowing current having a negative temperature characteristic, and transistors (Q25 and Q28) for a constant current for making current obtained by combining the current having the positive temperature characteristic and the current having the negative temperature characteristic flow, and the transistors for current control are subjected to current mirror connection to any of transistors for a constant current of a bias circuit. |
