PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize downsizing of a power converter which, in its turn, makes an inverter device itself compact in size. SOLUTION: In an inverter device, which converts DC voltage into AC voltage, semiconductors 2 and 3 for conversion, drive and protective circuits 117b and 118b for driving and protecting these semiconductor elements for power conversion, and a power circuit 112 for supplying these drive and protective circuits with power are united inside the same module. |
