<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate the discharge and movement quantity of a chemical substance by destinations usually requiring a great deal of data in a calculating process, only from data which a material user can immediately know. SOLUTION: Data 44 showing material, a use process and a use quantity sent from a client terminal 36 via a network 40 are inputted and stored. With the inputted material as a key, retrieval from a material component database 19 storing the included chemical substance and content corresponding to the material is performed, and with the retrieved chemical substance and inputted use process as a key, retrieval from a material balance coefficient database 20 storing the discharge and movement ratio of the chemical substance by destinations corresponding to the chemical substance and use process is performed. On the basis of the discharge and movement ratio, the inputted use quantity and the retrieved content, discharge and movement quantity of the chemical substance by destinations is calculated and sent to the client terminal 36 via the network 40. A client can correct the discharge and movement ratio of the chemical substance by destinations.</p> |
