PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present a required function even when the motor of small output is used for vertically moving a feed arm with a cam plate directly driven by the motor, and to smoothly feed any type of disk. SOLUTION: The cam face of a cam plate 14 for contacting/separating the feed arm to/from a disk D in contact with a rotary shaft 6a of a feed roller 6 has a fore linear part 141 for feeding the feed roller 6 in contact with the disk D in an initial state, gentle and steep slope parts 142 and 143 for separating the feed roller 6 from the disk D continuously to the fore linear part 141 and a rear linear part 144 for holding the feed roller 6 away from the disk D continuously to the steep slope part 143. Increase in the load of the motor can be suppressed by the gentle slope part 142 and the device can deal with disks in various sizes.
