The mobile equipment can function independently of, or be connected to, means of communication. The equipment includes a portable computer (2) managing an information system. Access to the computer is controlled by a reader (3) of smart cards, reading a card held by the patient, a card for the medical payment system and a card held by the health care professional offering treatment.
