PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic dye sensitized solar battery which can efficiently utilize solar energy. SOLUTION: For an organic dye sensitive metal oxide semiconductor electrode containing organic dyestuff absorbed on a surface of a metal oxide semiconductor film 3 which is formed on a transparent electrode 2 formed on a transparent substrate 1, a reflection preventing film 7, preferably formed by laminating films with high refractive index and films with low refractive index one on the top of the other, is formed on one side of the surface of the transparent substrate to which, the transparent electrode is not formed; and a solar battery has the above electrode. |
