PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for increasing the writing to a notice board. SOLUTION: This information processor is provided with a first detecting part 202 for detecting writing situations in an electronic notice board, a first requesting part for instructing writing in the notice board based on the situations, a generating part 206 for outputting character strings to be written in the notice board based on the instruction, and a writing part 208 for writing the character strings in the notice board. By this information processor, automatic writing can be realized corresponding to the writing situations.
