PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching power source of EMI reduction structure which can realize downsizing and cost reduction. SOLUTION: A choke coil 15 fitted with a gap, constituting a power factor improving circuit, is shielded from the choke coil 5 of a filter circuit and a transformer 20 by a heat sink 27. The heat sink 27 is connected to the line at stable potential of the primary circuit of the transformer 20.
