PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal unit device, which protects damages in wiring or a connection terminal at installation, and can be installed easily and in compact manner, and to provide an intercom device. SOLUTION: The terminal unit device is provided with a terminal board 10 having a plurality of connection terminals, a wall bracket 20 in which the board 10 is mounted on a rear surface 21, and a signal line 13 connected to a signal line terminal 12 and a power supply cord connected to a power supply cord terminal 15 are made to project from a front surface 22, and a terminal cover 40 for covering the terminal 11. The cover 40 has a plurality of engaging projections 41, 42, the bracket 20 has a plurality of engaging holes 23, 24, and the projections 41, 42 are engaged with the holes 23, 24 for attaching the cover 40 to the surface 21 of the bracket 20, so that the terminal 11 is protected. The bracket 20 has a lug portion 25 which is projected from a side surface of the bracket 20, and the cover 40 is made of synthetic resin.
