PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To much more thin a device by simplifying component structures. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a switching lever 41, which is rocked with a fitting hole on the intermediate part as a center and provided with flexibility, having a bent piece 45 returned from the intermediate part, a suspension chassis 28 having a recessed housing part 38 for positioning the bent piece 45 of the switching lever 41, and a clamp arm 46 attached to be rocked through shafts 50 and 51 to the suspension chassis 28 while housing the bent piece 45 of the switching lever 41 in this recessed housing part 38 and fitting a boss shaft 47 from the upside into the fitting hole 42 on the switching lever 41. Since it is not necessary to provide a rotary shaft on the supporting part of the switching lever 41 or to fit an E ring for preventing falling, the structure can be simplified and further, since the clamp arm 46 can be pressed in one direction by flexibility in the bent piece 45 of the switching lever 41, backlash can be prevented.
