PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationally constitute an image information preserving device capable of preserving image information and voice information by relating them with each other in a CD-R in order to prepare an album, and for enabling a personal computer to edit the voice information preserved in the CD-R. SOLUTION: This image information preserving device is constituted so that an image file, voice file, and relating information for relating them can be preserved in a CD-R, and that a reproduction program for enabling a personal computer to reproduce an image and voice and a voice edition program for enabling the personal computer to edit a voice can be preserved in the CD-R.
