The solar panel, which is thermally insulated and sealed, contains an element (11) that absorbs the heat of the sun and passes it to air fed through the interior of the panel. The air goes through inlet (14) and outlet (13) pipes sealed by lead flashing on the outside of the roof. The inlet pipe is connected to the roof space and/or the interior of the building through a filter, and the warmed air is drawn back into the building by a fan. The panel has a transparent outer cover held in place by magnets of NdFeB.
