PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for certifying a customer capable of easily certifying the customer visiting a registered shop and easily handling a recording medium wherein authentication information is stored. SOLUTION: The customer certifying system connects a shop terminal 4 of a registered shop and a management server for managing authentication of registered customers via a wide area network. Specifically the shop terminal 4 comprises a read means 66 for reading authentication information for identifying a registered customer from a recording medium adhered to the back side of a portable phone owned by the registered customer, an authentication information output means 71 for transmitting the authentication information read by the read means 66 to the management server via a wide area network, an authentication result recognizing means 72 for recognizing the authentication result after the management server inputs the authentication result which is determined based on the authentication information, and a display control means 65 for displaying the recognized authentication result onto a display device 64. |
