PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely fix an outer lens to a housing without causing deterioration of appearance quality, although a simple welding work is applied to them. SOLUTION: The outer lens 2 is made of a thermoplastic resin material which is transparent for a laser beam 13 and has a side wall 3 formed along its peripheral rim part. The housing 4 is made of a thermoplastic resin material which is absorbent to the laser beam 13. The outer lens 2 is fixed with its side wall 3 abutting on the peripheral surface of the opening part of the housing 4 by applying laser-welding between the side wall 3 and the housing 4 (welded surface 9) by the laser beam 13 irradiated from the side wall 3 side. |
