PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus, its recording paper selection method, a program and a storage medium for selecting type of recording paper depending on a mode of an image to be recorded. SOLUTION: In the case of recording an image by printout of a received image by a facsimile function, a copy by a copy function, or a printout by a printer function, the type of recording paper is selected depending on whether or a color image mode or a monochromatic image mode and the image is formed on the selected recording paper. |
